Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior software development lead to join our team.


This is a full-time role for a seasoned professional who will design, develop, and maintain complex software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microservices architecture, the Spring Framework, and Java programming language.


The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. They will be responsible for leading a team of backend developers to deliver product and project-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of backend developers to deliver product and project-based solutions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and design.
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend applications.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of backend development experience in Java.
  • Proven experience as a tech lead managing development teams.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and software design patterns.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
