Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop software applications using object-oriented programming principles and Java, Spring Boot technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Agile development cycle.

You will lead and mentor junior software developers, participate in code reviews, and maintain the quality of the software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of proven track record in object-oriented programming and Java, Spring Boot.
  • 7-9 years working experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience in UI development using React, Typescript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
  • Good understanding of SOLID design principles and Design Patterns.
  • Good understanding of RESTful design principles and patterns.
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database implementations (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to understand and diagnose complex issues that may arise during development and testing.
  • Experience working in Agile teams: collaborating with developers, product owners, Scrum masters, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to articulate issues clearly to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
