Oracle HFM Technical Lead

Penta Consulting is a technology resource solutions provider to leading OEMs across the EMEA region.

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HFM expert to lead our technical team and deliver high-quality financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee teams and strategic initiatives in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) with at least 4+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Administer HFM systems, configuring and optimizing them for complex environments.
  • Manage close cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Optimize and streamline processes using metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively across global teams and influence decision-making through outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
  • Deep expertise in HFM administration, system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Proven track record in financial consolidation, reporting, and managing close cycles.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is highly desirable.
