Job Title: Client Service Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend to visitors and clients at the reception desk with a professional demeanor.
• Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant department in a timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to leads and assist in basic follow-ups with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about our services with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support office coordination with attention to detail.
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and professional at all times.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A professional, polite, and approachable demeanor that reflects positively on our organization.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) with proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in reception/telecalling roles preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
