Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect Draftman. The role is on-site and located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Architect Draftman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs, preparing schematic diagrams, and submitting drawings to local authorities for sanctioning. Additional duties include project supervision, preparing working line drawings, and coordinating with different service departments such as electrical and structural. The role also involves integrating interior details, external details, and managing project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Experience in Project Management and Integrating services
• Basic understanding of Software Development for architectural applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with regulatory liaison and obtaining necessary approvals is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
