Creative Video Lead

As a video production lead, you will oversee the conception and delivery of video projects. This role requires managing the cinematographer and editor, coordinating on-ground shoots across multiple locations, and collaborating with stakeholders for smooth execution.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys directing real-world content, managing project lifecycles, and traveling frequently.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end video production pipeline from planning to delivery.
- Lead and coordinate the work of the field cinematographer and in-house editor.
- Plan, direct, and execute shoots across various campuses and institutions.
- Coordinate scripts, shoot schedules, and crew members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for approvals, shoot requirements, and feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and smooth execution of every video project.
- Adapt to different content formats such as interviews, documentaries, podcasts, and campus features.
Requirements:
- Good experience in video production, direction, or creative project management.
- Strong command over shoot planning, visual storytelling, and project timelines.
- Ability to handle dynamic on-ground environments with lean teams.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and autonomous decision-making in the field.
