Job Title: Visual Creative LeadJob Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and talented Visual Creative Lead to spearhead our design efforts. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all design requirements across various platforms, including digital, branding, and marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional who can think strategically and creatively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual content, including logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, and pitch decks.
  • Social Media & Digital: Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, catalogues, event materials, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce basic animations, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, and transitions.
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Develop website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, and microsites.
  • Photography/Editing Support: Provide retouching, compositing, visual mockups, and 3D mockups.
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or CorelDraw is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios).
  • Experience in the luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
