Pega Solutions SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Pega professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions.

  • 8+ years of experience in software development is required.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Pega solutions.
  • Familiarity with Pega architecture and design principles.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with the business and BAs to understand their needs, proposing the best Pega architecture and design, and working with the client's Pega Centre of Excellence to maintain established standards and guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Java TRD team on integration points between Pega and Java parts of the application flow and support production deployments.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of Pega and its ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
