Pg Admissions Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process. This includes creating strategic plans to meet enrolment goals, conducting campus tours, and providing excellent service to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach initiatives to attract potential students.
  • Conduct research on market trends, organisations, and individuals to identify new collaboration opportunities.
  • Build relationships with potential parents and arrange meetings to discuss their child's educational needs.
  • Handle admission walk-ins and address any queries they may have.
  • Represent the institution at conferences, meetings, and industry events to establish new partnerships and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including off-campus and on-campus events and conferences, to promote lead generation.
  • Act as a single point of contact for existing parents and students via email, phone, and in-person communication.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic enrolment plans
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in admissions and student records management
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
