Job Title: Postgraduate Admissions Coordinator
Role OverviewThis is a full-time on-site position at the School of Business. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process from outreach, inquiry, application, and enrolment.
Main Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the admissions process, including outreach, inquiry, application, and enrolment.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet enrolment goals.
- Conduct campus tours and manage student records.
- Provide excellent service to prospective students and their families.
- Planning, developing, and overseeing outreach initiatives.
- Contacting potential parents and arranging meetings.
- Handling admission walk-ins and addressing their queries.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to find new opportunities.
- Email, walk-ins, and phone communication - a single point of contact for existing parents and students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic enrolment plans.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
