Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for at Hari Shankar Singhania School of Business in JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process from outreach, inquiry, application, and enrolment. They will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to meet enrolment goals, conducting campus tours, managing student records, and providing excellent service to prospective students and their families.

Desired qualifications and experience

- Planning, developing, and overseeing outreach initiatives. Conduct research on the market/organisations, and individuals to identify new collaborations (organic and non-organic marketing).
- Contacting potential parents and arranging meetings. Handling admission walk-ins and addressing their queries. To handle end to end admission process.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to find new opportunities. To plan events, and coordinate between primary stakeholders (campuses and external partners) to execute all off-campus and on-campus events and conferences related to lead generation.
- Email, walk-ins, and phone communication - a single point of contact for the existing parents and students.
- Work collaboratively across teams and foster partnerships with key customers both internally and externally.
- To formulate a Brand Marketing Strategy to expand the brand for its sustainable growth.
- Should possess excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification and Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic enrolment plans
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in admissions
- Experience with student records management and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the Indian educational system and cultural values is a plus
- Experience of being an Admissions Manager at any University with 1000+ students will be preferred.
