About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with expertise in designing and developing high-performance enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack. This includes hands-on experience with Identity Provider (IDP) integrations such as Azure AD, Auth0, or Okta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET Core and C#, ensuring scalable and secure architecture.
  • Architect and implement IDP integrations, including SSO, MFA, and OAuth/OpenID Connect flows.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs that meet customer and business needs.
  • Guide the development team on best practices in clean code, unit testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Manage sprint planning, estimation, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support application deployments and post-deployment issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem and Identity & Access Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • Hands-on experience with IDP integrations, including configuring applications, managing user flows, and troubleshooting SSO issues.
  • Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML protocols.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and SQL Server/Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is an advantage.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and DevOps practices is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
