Job Title: Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled Cross-Platform Application Specialist to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly applications using the Flutter framework.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable cross-platform apps with a focus on Flutter Web. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing visually appealing user interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
  • Implementing state management using Provider effectively for seamless application performance.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Debugging and optimizing application performance across platforms.
  • Ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile applications.
  • Staying up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux)
