Mobile App Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. App Development: Develop and build high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  2. Customer Training & Instruction: Deliver expert-level training sessions to clients on Flutter app development, helping them understand key concepts and best practices.
  3. Team Training: Serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required, ensuring that all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed.
  4. Feedback and Reporting: Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management for review.
  5. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills to effectively deal with international students.
  6. Use of Online Platforms: Experienced in handling online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and well-versed in using Google suite applications.
  7. Collaborative Work: Work on projects requiring intensive teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.

Remote (India-based), Shift Timings: 4 AM - 1 PM IST
