Software Solutions Architect

This is a unique opportunity to drive customer solutions as a Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with one of our founders and Head of Implementation.

We are looking for a technically-minded professional who has experience building new software or implementing emerging technologies in business contexts.

About the Role:
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with one of our founders and Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers.
  • Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
Technical Requirements:
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred).
  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided).
  • AIIntegration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources.
