Quality Assurance Expert

As a key team member, you will contribute to ensuring the quality and excellence of our product through rigorous testing and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing with a focus on usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation to enhance QA workflows.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.
  • Track and report bugs using agile tools; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar software.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices.
  • Stay updated with QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in a product-based company with a focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello).
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
