Integration Delivery Lead

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned integration delivery professional who combines project management expertise with system integration skills to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage the demand management & onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring digital backbone integration.
  • Project Leadership: Deliver end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage client, internal team, and vendor expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues for project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources (team members, budget, technology assets) for efficient project delivery.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement agile and other project management methodologies for predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks & issues; develop contingency plans & escalate critical issues.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor/coach team members, and support professional development.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess good understanding of integration technologies (APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS).
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles, specifically within integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
