Centre Team Leader

The role of the Experience Centre Supervisor is to drive and achieve the business goals of the centre. This includes managing customer satisfaction, planning and executing Below The Line activities, organizing seminars, providing training, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve business goals of the Experience Centre
- Manage Customer Satisfaction (CSS & NPS)
- Plan and execute Below The Line activities
- Organize seminars and events
- Provide ongoing training and support to the team
- Manage team performance, including shift timings and rosters
- Coordinating floor management for enhanced customer experience
- Implement innovative strategies for increased conversions
- Handle difficult customers as second level of support
- Review and monitor lead follow-ups, closures, and dispositions by the team
- Lead the team effectively
- Coordinate with commercial teams for centre infrastructure upkeep
- Ensure timely reporting of data, MIS, and accounts
- Manage imprest funds effectively
Requirements:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
