Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.

  • Maintain efficient and effective bank operations ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.

  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.

  • Develop and implement Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Provide reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

  • Analyze industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of LIQ, TLM, and Intellimatch is required.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
