Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a hands-on role requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in regulatory compliance.

A fast-paced and lean FinTech SaaS startup utilizes cutting-edge AI techniques to drive differentiation and value to its corporate customer base. This opportunity offers the chance to work with and learn advanced AI patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends and opportunities, and capturing granular product requirements at feature, functionality, epic, stories, and acceptance criteria levels.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists to gather and analyze business requirements, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Working with the Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence/etc), setting up workflows, grooming backlogs, and prioritizing sprint/kanban deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of structured corporate experience in a globally well-known Product/Consulting company.
  • Detailed strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and writing Epics, User stories, acceptance criteria with atomic attention to detail.
  • Strong experience of Jira software including workflows & Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
