About the Job

As a Sales and Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a network of distributors to drive sales growth. This includes identifying potential distributors, negotiating deals, and ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets both at the distributor level and retail store level
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize distribution channels and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance to ensure they meet their targets
  • Manage distributor relationships to ensure timely invoicing and dispatch, as well as collections and outstanding management
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile accessories or related industry
  • Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth, particularly in Urban and Rural areas
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting
  • Good market reputation in handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
