Public Relations Role

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Drafting press materials such as releases, listing notes, pitch notes, product notes, FAQs, and other aligned materials with client objectives and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining media lists, sending invites, conducting follow-ups with journalists, bloggers, and influencers, and engaging in rounds to secure placements.
  • Supporting event planning and execution, including developing checklists, managing logistics, assembling kits, and preparing reports.
  • Preparing monthly reports, including cost analysis (CBA), daily monitoring, work-in-progress (WIP) updates, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
  • Conducting secondary research for releases, pitches, concept notes, and plans, providing valuable insights.
  • Responding promptly to client communication, sending meeting minutes (MoMs) within 24 hours, and providing regular updates, reports, and status.
  • Identifying relevant opportunities, including potential award platforms for client submissions, and tracking industry trends and publications.
  • Organizing, assembling, and printing kits for client meetings and events to ensure all materials are prepared professionally.
  • Ensuring timely deliverables and maintaining high-quality standards while assisting with daily activities to support plan execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in PR or a media-related role.
  • Experience working with Fashion/Lifestyle or Hospitality/F&B brands is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and online tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Knowledge of databases, influencers, and industry trends is beneficial.
