Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Macroeconomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing complex macroeconomic and geopolitical data, geo-strategic plans, funding data, and donor dynamics.

This role involves delivering consulting engagements with excellent customer-facing capabilities and established track records. As a key member of our Insights & Advisory team, you will provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations, helping them make informed decisions that drive business growth and success.

The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects, with at least 4 years of experience analyzing macroeconomic and geopolitical data. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and persuasion skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Additional requirements include self-starter mentality, high-performance achiever with leadership experience in project tasks and cross-functional projects, passion for functioning in diverse consulting firms, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level, fluency in English, interpersonal skills with active listening, command over MS Office and basic MS Excel, and advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in economics (macroeconomics or international economics), development studies, public policy, or social sciences.
