Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital campaigns.
  • Provide expert guidance on how our services can enhance clients' results.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs across services like digital marketing, web/app development, ERP, CMS, and more.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with lead interactions.
  • Pitch relevant solutions and schedule meetings/demos with pre-sales and tech teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective handovers and collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, digital/tech services, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, digital tools, and technology.
  • Ability to explain solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Comfortable handling multi-vertical solution offerings and international clients.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
