The role of a Research and Development (R&D) Specialist is to conduct research, develop new dental material formulations, analyze experimental data, prepare laboratory protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This full-time on-site position is located in Meerut and requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research in dental materials, 3D printing resins, biomaterials, polymer chemistry, dental cement, and photopolymerization
- Develop new dental material formulations
- Analyze experimental data
- Prepare laboratory protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Material Science, or related fields
- Strong Research and Development (R&D) skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
