Backend Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to create scalable applications using modern Java and Spring Boot.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Create backend services and REST APIs with efficient designs using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for performance, schema design, and query tuning.
  • Built asynchronous workflows with AWS SQS for system reliability and efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews and guide junior engineers as needed.
  • Take ownership of features from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
  • Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and database optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SQS or other messaging queues.
  • Able to own and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
