About the Role:

This is a key position in our team, dedicated to delivering innovative IT and business services that help clients transform through consulting, industry solutions, business process services, digital & IT modernization, and managed services.

Job Summary:

  • More than 10 years of experience in SCM domain with expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Inventory Optimization (I/O).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with globally distributed cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and ECC, with hands-on experience in SAP IBP enhancements and developments to meet business needs.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis and solutions clearly to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with client personnel.
  • Experience providing 24x7 level 3 on-call support for production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain functional specifications, design blueprints, and related documentation.
  2. Configure and troubleshoot issues with HCI and CPI-DS jobs.
  3. Develop custom and standard configurations in SAP systems to satisfy business requirements.
  4. Provide implementation, rollout, and production support experience in supply chain planning processes.
  5. Collaborate with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.

Required Skills:

  • More than 10 years of experience in SCM domain.
  • Expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Inventory Optimization (I/O).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working with globally distributed cross-cultural teams.
  • Planning area set-ups, Key Figures configurations, Application jobs, ECC ADD-on BADI's knowledge, Cloud Platform Integrator (CPI) knowledge, Master data set-ups, IBP Heuristics, Optimizer, Deployment, Demand Prioritization.
