Key Responsibilities:
As a Shopify Developer at The Bridge Associates, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the front-end and back-end of client's Shopify stores. This includes updating product descriptions, prices, and other e-commerce elements using bulk upload/matrixify. Additionally, you will implement and maintain technical SEO best practices in collaboration with the SEO team to enhance store visibility and search engine ranking. You will also proactively address and resolve any Shopify development-related issues, maintaining high uptime and performance for all sites. Furthermore, you will provide technical support and mentorship to other team members as needed.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js) and Shopify's Liquid template language. A portfolio showcasing your contribution to multiple Shopify stores. In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Candidates from the cosmetic, fashion, and FMCG industries are preferred.
