Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Intune and Workspace ONE for Android, iOS, and macOS platforms
  • Lead lifecycle management for Windows devices with a focus on Dell enterprise architecture, BIOS, and driver updates via Dell Command Suite
  • Implement Intune-based Windows management including autopilot profiles, compliance policies, configuration baselines, and security controls
  • Develop and drive vulnerability management and patching strategies through Intune to ensure a secure and up-to-date device landscape

Governance & Asset Management:

  • Optimize Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) operations to track hardware lifecycle accurately via ServiceNow
  • Govern ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to maintain data accuracy, visibility, and alignment with ITSM best practices
  • Lead continuous innovation through workflow automation, user story development, and enhancement of ServiceNow platform capabilities

Workplace Transformation Leadership:

  • Design and lead transformation programs across digital workplace services including Service Desk, Field Support, Desktop Lifecycle, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and communicate the end-user computing (EUC) architecture and long-term technology roadmap
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to architecture and engineering teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, EUC solutions, and IT governance
  • Proven ability to design and deploy workplace technologies in complex, global environments
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM modules, and asset discovery tools
  • Expertise in modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Dell enterprise tooling
  • In-depth knowledge of IT security protocols, compliance standards, and operational risk management

  • Experience working with global, virtual, and cross-functional teams

  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications in Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, VMware Workspace ONE, or ITIL are highly desirable
