Expertise in Quantum Physics and Machine Learning Required

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in training and fine-tuning our Large Language Model (LLM) to enhance its understanding and generation of complex scientific concepts.
This role is ideal for individuals who:
- Have in-depth knowledge of Indian culture and expertise in Physics
- Are comfortable working with large language models or AI tools
- Have a keen eye for detail and can identify issues in digital and streaming content that require improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and fine-tune the LLM to improve its performance on complex physics-related tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the model's understanding and generation of scientific concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the LLM into various applications and workflows
Requirements:
- Native fluency in English and another native Indian language
- Minimum 5 years of residence in India
- Ability to follow directions and provide feedback in English if required
- Commitment to work a minimum of 4-5 hours per day (dependent on data volumes)
- Broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics
