Senior AI Specialist Job

As an AI Specialist, you will design and develop cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models that drive business growth and solve complex problems. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating scalable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom machine learning and deep learning models using Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Create and maintain efficient AI/ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products and enhance customer experiences.
  • Optimize models using advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and automation frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions with strong programming skills in Python.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
