Transforming Audio Entertainment with Precision and Care

As a vital component of our operations team, the Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless content and data management processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with producers, managing raw data, and maintaining accurate file uploads to internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and organize data from quick site searches using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Work with audio producers to receive and manage audio files, ensuring proper file versions are maintained.
  • Utilize AI tools/software to assist with audio mastering.
  • Upload and manage finalized master files in the Content Management System.
  • Ensure data hygiene, metadata accuracy, and proper asset tagging.
  • Learn and adapt to internal tools for data and asset management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or missing assets.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with operational workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting, reporting).
  • Ability to quickly learn internal tools and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data/file hygiene.
  • Experience in uploading and handling digital assets (CMS knowledge preferred).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in operations, content management, or data handling is an asset.
