About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in facilitating research, analysis, and documentation of business systems requirements into detailed functional specifications for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that meet those needs.
  • Document current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.
  • Evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.
  • Assist in creating business case documentation.
  • Drive system implementation, working closely with technical team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience, with preference for experience in business areas such as accounting, finance, warehouse operations, purchasing, order management, and order fulfillment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one business area, with the ability to analyze and improve sophisticated processes and systems.
  • Superb communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical collaborators at all levels.
