Global Regulatory Intelligence Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing the global regulatory landscape within the life sciences industry.

Job Description

We are seeking an expert in regulatory affairs with experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to join our team as a Global Regulatory Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and categorizing global regulatory information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the global regulatory landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Track and categorize regulatory changes, rules, and guidelines to ensure accurate and timely sharing of insights with teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to leverage regulatory intelligence to drive business growth.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regulatory activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in regulatory affairs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries with a focus on regulatory affairs or quality assurance.
  • A Master's degree (M.S.) in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Plans and Aligns: Organizes and prioritizes multiple time-sensitive projects related to monitoring, tracking, and categorizing global regulatory information to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Nimble Learning: Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in regulatory affairs.
  • Tech Savvy: Leverages digital tools and technology solutions to monitor regulatory changes and contribute to the company's digital transformation and innovation in regulatory intelligence.
