About the Role:

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work under the supervision of senior chefs. This role is designed for those starting their culinary careers and eager to learn kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, seasoning)
  • Support senior chefs during meal preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Basic culinary knowledge and knife skills

  • Teamwork and communication abilities
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours
  • Culinary certification or diploma (preferred but not always required)
