Job Title: Material Handling Systems Design Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handling Systems Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient material handling systems for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop material handling systems, including conveyor belts, silos, hoppers, vibrating feeders, screens, dust extraction systems, trippers, belt feeders, belt weighers, magnetic separators, bucket elevators, and other equipment.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing material handling systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop technical specifications for material handling equipment, including reclaimer, stacker, screen, crusher, feeder, and other machines.
  • Create process flow diagrams, schemes, and layouts for material handling systems in steel plants and power plants.
  • Prepare profile drawings, calculations, and general arrangement drawings for belt conveying systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in material handling systems.
  • Proficiency in Auto-Cad and MS-Office software.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, such as IS/CEMA/ISO.
