Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our data-driven approach within the HR function. This pivotal role will be responsible for leveraging actionable insights to enhance workforce planning, employee experience, and overall business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of business needs into scalable solutions.
  2. Design and develop robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) HR and workforce-related data efficiently.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with key business objectives.
  4. Partner with HR leaders and executive teams to drive informed talent strategies.
Data Analysis & Insights
  1. Design and implement impactful HR analytics dashboards, reports, and predictive models to inform decision-making.
  2. Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement, turnover, productivity, and talent acquisition metrics.
  3. Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling, to forecast workforce needs.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing analytics teams.
Required Skills
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in HR analytics.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Data Engineering: Experience with ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in large-scale organizations or multinational companies.
Desired Skills/Certifications
  • Microsoft and Azure-based certifications with a focus on Data.
