Job Description">

Supports the property s technology information resources objectives by performing a range of tasks including planning, implementation and maintenance of technology systems.

The role involves interfacing with various stakeholders such as vendors, owners and property staff to ensure smooth operation of technology systems.

Key responsibilities include analyzing information, identifying problems and proposing solutions, maintaining and repairing equipment and ensuring that computer and network operations are monitored at all times.

Additionally, the role involves managing IT hardware and software, providing internet support and maintenance, generating system communications for property users and consulting on specific application issues or hardware/software problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science or related major, or equivalent experience in the field.

You will also need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software, as well as experience with IT hardware and software management.

It is also desirable to have certification in a related field such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
