We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance professional to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential operational, regulatory, and IT risks.">
  3. Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.">
  4. Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and assist in reporting on risk exposures.">
  5. Evaluate compliance with relevant internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.">
  6. Act as an ISO certified auditor, supporting and conducting internal audits related to ISO standards.">
  7. Prepare for and manage external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 2-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or quality management roles.">
  • Certifications: Must be an ISO certified auditor (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.">
  • Good understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.">
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance concepts.">
  • Experience with audit methodologies and processes.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).">
