Highway Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pavement/Geotechnical Engineer to take on a key role in Lucknow, India. This position requires expertise in designing and evaluating pavement structures for infrastructure projects.
As a Pavement/Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing new pavement structures and rehabilitating existing ones;
- Conducting geotechnical background design and analysis;
- Developing detailed scope of works and tender documents for pavement assessment testing programs;
- Preparing pavement design drawings and reports;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for technical support on pavement design-related works.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 2-10 years of experience in pavement design for infrastructure projects. You should have expertise in designing pavements using international standards and criteria, as well as knowledge of mechanistic design and finite element modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and rehabilitation of pavement structures;
- Geotechnical background design and analysis;
- Development of scope of works and tender documents;
- Preparation of pavement design drawings and reports;
- Coordination with stakeholders for technical support.
Requirements
