Marketing Manager Role

This position involves working closely with regional leaders to support business development efforts. The Marketing Manager will monitor target client information, collaborate with Business Development specialists, and manage the pursuit submission process. This includes creating qualifications packages, proposals submissions, and interview collateral while maintaining deadlines.

The role also entails collaborating on regional market implementation efforts, providing strategic thinking related to marketing outreach, and acting as a liaison for internal and external communications. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will mine big ideas and key project stories, work with the MarCom team to translate them into materials, thought leadership campaigns, posts, and publicity, and track project milestones for grand openings, groundbreakings, completion, photography, etc.

  • Manage boiler plate information, create, maintain, and update marketing resource materials, and update and maintain information within firm's project database system
  • Assist teams in submissions for accreditation, fellowships honors, and awards, and foster a collaborative professional working relationship with team members
  • Manage conflict effectively, encourage a healthy team environment, and take personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices

To be successful in this role, one must have a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or a related field, typically 5+ years of marketing experience, proficiency in InDesign, and knowledge of architecture/interior design. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are essential, along with strong organizational skills, the ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers, and problem-solving skills.
