Artificial Intelligence Powered Robotics Expert

We're building laser weeding implements to aid farmers in precision weed removal without chemicals.
This role entails designing the control systems and motion behind our laser targeting systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing high-precision gimbal & motor control systems for real-time laser targeting
- Developing robust BLDC motor control algorithms (microsecond precision)
- Integrating with the AI team to connect weed detection with precision actuation
- Building sensor fusion pipelines combining IMU, GNSS, RTK, odometry, and custom sensors
The ideal candidate will have experience with BLDC motor control and precision positioning systems, strong knowledge of control theory (PID, adaptive control), and hands-on programming in C++/Python on embedded systems.
