Key Responsibilities:

  2. Implementing robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.">
  3. Tracking and analyzing model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.">
  4. Optimizing prompt engineering and evaluating cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.">
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.">
  6. Maintaining a detailed internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.">
  7. Developing and maintaining knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.">
  8. Delivering training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools and ensuring comprehensive admin coverage.">
  9. Serving as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.">
