Learning Management Systems Specialist

Ignite a transformative learning environment that fosters growth, inclusivity, and innovation. As an Educational Technology Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily administration of IT systems and support of our Learning Management System (LMS). Key tasks include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and support for LMS users.
Key Responsibilities:- System Administration and Learning Management skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff
- Experience in Instructional Design and Training Delivery
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Higher education in Information Technology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience with LMS platforms and technologies is an advantage
- 1+ years of experience in an L&D, HR, or training role (essential)
- Familiarity with adult learning principles (desirable)
- Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing onboarding programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments
