Job Title: Pharmaceutical Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Procurement Manager to lead our procurement strategy and drive efficiency in our medicine supply chain. As a key member of the Pharmabank team, you will be responsible for developing and executing centralized procurement strategies for pharmaceutical products across all trust hospitals.

Position Requirements

  2. Develop and execute procurement strategies for pharmaceutical products to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.">
  3. Negotiate contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and product availability.">
  4. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.">
  5. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.">

Qualifications and Skills

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.">
  • At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, preferably in hospital or healthcare settings.">
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.">
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).">
