Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our organization and take on a challenging role leading the technical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT support for various application environments and interfaces, both on-prem and cloud.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing problem workarounds.
  • Maintaining service levels and performance targets through effective issue resolution.
  • Providing technical support for core business application environments to ensure 24x7 availability.
  • Driving an automation-first culture and developing CI/CD pipelines for improved repeatability and resilience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in relevant technologies or engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects, services, and engineering teams working on Cloud (Azure), IaaS, PaaS, and other infra provisioning services.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience.

Additional requirements include:

  • Cloud Fundamentals or advanced cloud/data (Azure cloud preferred) qualification.
  • Experience leading a team of platform engineers and supporting large complex 24x7 application environments.
  • Ability to adapt to new and emerging technologies as required by the organization.
