About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Associate, you'll be responsible for enhancing our recruitment processes, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process across global operations. Your responsibilities will include managing pre-onboarding processes, coordinating orientation schedules, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional service to hiring managers and interviewers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Enhance our recruitment processes to ensure a top-tier candidate experience
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process across global operations
- Manage the global pre-onboarding processes for new Priceliners in collaboration with HR Operations and IT teams
- Coordinate global orientation schedules, with a specific focus on conducting orientation sessions in our Mumbai office
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stages
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the process
- Provide exceptional service to hiring managers and interviewers, including C-level executives, by managing expectations and facilitating smooth recruitment operations
- Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, coordination, administrative support, and follow-up
- Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and tasks as required
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong academic background, with a Bachelor's or higher degree. You'll also need 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience working with international teams and managing relationships with global stakeholders is a plus.
