Automation Developer

We are looking for highly skilled UiPath Automation Developers to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, create, and maintain complex automation products from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient developer with a strong background in UiPath, who can work independently to solve complex business problems. They will also possess excellent process monitoring and troubleshooting skills.

Selected candidates will be offered a three-month trial and probationary period to prove their Automation Development skills as top performers. Successful candidates will be converted into full-time roles with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality automation products that meet user needs
  • Develop and take pride in test-driven code
  • Deliver on commitments and communicate effectively with the team
  • Failing quickly while experimenting and trying new approaches to solve important problems
  • Sharing knowledge and experience developing robust, scalable, maintainable distributed applications

Requirements:

  • UiPath Academy - Advanced Level Training Certificate or one of the following qualified UiPath certifications: UiPath Academy - Automation Developer Professional Training, UiPath Academy - RPA Solution Architect, UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer Professional, UiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI Professional
  • Minimum 2 years of self-sufficient UiPath experience building complex-level automation projects
  • Minimum 2 or more years of experience with RPA and/or software development
  • Knowledge of Git, AppScripts, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and .Net
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to create design documents and UAT plans
  • Excellent process monitoring and troubleshooting skills
