Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to play a key role in our global engineering teams.

This is a hands-on technical position focused on automation, where you will contribute significantly to the testing strategy for a platform used by major companies worldwide.

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts for front-end (UI) and API layers. You will also be responsible for executing automated test cases, integrating tests into our continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and collaborating with software developers and product managers.

Additionally, you will take ownership of regression test suites, assist in performance, load, and security testing efforts, and accurately log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle.

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation, as well as proven experience in designing and building automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for front-end testing.

A solid proficiency in API automation using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate DSL, strong programming skills in at least one modern language, and experience with CI/CD tools are essential requirements.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, database testing against relational databases, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are desirable but not necessary.
