Interior Designer

This role involves developing creative design concepts, space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior designs that meet clients' needs and expectations.

  • Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs.
  • Develop detailed space plans and collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design projects meet the desired aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Strong skills in interior design and space planning.
  • Experience with architecture and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in selecting and specifying FF&E.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and clients.
  • Experience in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is a plus.
